That is SHARP! I like it, a lot. Can we get more like this please?? I'm not the most knowledgable when it comes to architecture and design, but I think this is great, size/shape/design, everything.

From the views of the renderings I am suspicious of the sidewalk depths. I'd like to see the building pull back just a bit from the lot line to provide some space for say a patio on the western side and a bit more walking space along Dundas as that area before the construction was tight to walk through on busy weekends.
Aside from that i quite like what I see.

It kinda reminds me of a remixed version of Quadrangle's 60 Bathurst: similar colour scheme--more white than grey though
