I lived in a new Freed condo which was absolutely awful and YET I really like the look of this building. Will I ever learn?

The only Freed building that I've been inside was 150 Redpath up in the Yonge & Eg area when my brother was doing condo viewings a couple years ago. I'm glad that he didn't end up buying that one.
