Will the concrete blocks at the balcony ends be painted/covered? The mismatch in shades is reminiscent of the ROM's Crystal cladding.

Correct, it's the base for the exterior skin for the balcony shadow box treatment. There's still a lot of work to do before we get a better idea on the finished product.

Good eye! Correct. However, the balconies will alternate between this divider and a white wall system.
