The wow factor, impressive outcome from Tridel!
Many thanks Thesix.
Excellent project inside and out.Tridel does a great job with their interiors. Not surprised with this one.
this is super concerning and dissapointing. i was away from the city for a bit, and when i recently returned home and went for a run along the promenade, my heart sank. these trees were doing so well for so many years, the canopy thick and healthy and one of the proud moments of proper tree planting for WT. So many of them now completely dried up, or have dried leaves and covered in the white/black bulges that i assume are an insect infestation. really and truly wondering what WT is doing about this to save the ones that are left. that row of trees is IMO the main attraction of that part of the waterfront.Yes, I was there this week and if anything, they're looking much worse.
Have you sent an email to WT? Does anyone have their contact info? Please share those emails here and I can do the sameYes, the health of the trees is very concerning. Those trees create the best path in the city, in my opinion. I'm going to email Waterfront Toronto and Councillor Joe Cressy.
