I’m glad the colour has a metallic quality to it. This could have easily ended up with that flat orangey colour that so many other projects use. You know the one.

Love it. But is there a reason why the balconies take so long to finish, or are being left to last?
Municipal bylaws state that any project within 15% of completion must halt progress and only move ahead .001% per lunar cycle. It’s part of the “wait, wait! It’s too late now but are we really sure about this” program, which is in its 11th year of its pilot phase. If all goes well in the next 9 years, the hope is to move it up to a full fledged study, then it’s just 20 years before it becomes a recommendation. Fingers crossed!

we get one building with a pleasant colour and we lose our minds. wish other developers would take note and stop waterboarding us with grey, black, white or blue.
Agreed.

But people are also losing their minds because of the quality of materials being used as well. Those balconies are breathtaking, regardless of the colour.
