Yesterday. It's looking REALLY GOOD, but maybe that's because I keep forgetting this building has a podium. Because you know, its REALLY worthwhile to look at the articulation of the ground level treatment as it meets to the tower floorplates:

On the painted pre-cast:

1) Red-brown, over Charcoal w/no primer?

2) While slightly less offensive than the use of Charcoal here........its not warm, or appealing.

3) Painted does not look like the real thing.......ever. Project Managers, and architects, kindly pay attention - this is not a good way to V.E.
