No picture but you can clearly see this project now from Spadina and it will be very prominent as there is nothing tall between it and to the west (for now.)

We're all dreading the cladding.

I suppose those curvy slabs are meant to be artsy... but their plan to stick rectangular glass balcony guards in front of rectangular window-wall... should undo the artistry here quite nicely.

Feel sorry for those gorgeous stained glass windows a couple of feet to the north.
