Large warehouse getting built in the Red Hill Valley Business Park in Hamilton.

Site Plan Description says:

To develop an approximately 58,641.6 square metre industrial building with 345 surface parking spaces and 175 loading spaces.

So about 600,000sf.

I was in the area yesterday - it's a huge building with a large, very tall central corridor flanked by two more regular height warehouse spaces.

A quick googling seems to indicate that the warehouse will be for Atlantic Packaging:

The proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for Atlantic Packaging Holdings Ltd. for approval of the establishment of stormwater management works, to be located at 863 Nebo Road and 5787 Twenty Road East, Part Lot 14, Concession 2, in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.

November 8, 2023 - Biggest Warehouse yet in Hamilton, Asphalt just paved but the issue is with the expanded sidewalk path from Bimbo site into Atlantic Packaging site hasn't started yet as where workers get off from Nebo at Twenty bus stop.
