Nope, they're still doing some work on the residential units, and the restaurant is not even close to ready. They also haven't installed the perimeter canopy at grade level. Probably won't be done for another two months at least. The exterior is complete though.
 
You can see inside that the units don't have light fixtures or microwaves installed on the top level yet. It's getting really close, but definitely a couple months away. Ciao Bella isn't opening until summer.

I'd really like to see the city *at least* have a policy that when new developments occur the hydro lines are buried at least for that portion. We've gotta start eventually and this would get the ball rolling. It's also relatively cheap while everything is already ripped up.
