I was talking about this with the foreman today and he estimates 2.5 years..

I think it'll be closer to 3 for the form work alone...

Sales office has a flyer about a few sub-penthouse apartments for sale -- around floors 71 or 72. There, estimated occupancy date is listed as June 2013.

Depending upon as to which floor you are, it could be between 2.5 or 3 years. A little bit delay might be. But not too much.
 
awesome vid ^^^!. WOW does this crane have a huge impact from street level.... and there's gonna be 2 MORE OF THEM! it doesn't get any better than this!

*Is there still that rumour about a height increase?. If so, wouldn't the construction workers need to know the final height of the building as they're building?.
