From the pic, it looks like some of the food court restaurants have opened. Is that the case here? (or are they just being renovated to open)

I'm not sure what's worse, the indoor mall or the condition of Yonge Street. The inside of the building may be pedestrian unfriendly but no more so than the street it's on.

The theory that Yonge Street is "pedestrian unfriendly" is lost on the sheer number of pedestrians using it.

The dreary underground retail space and the dreary retail stores...god...I remember when College Park was actually kinda classy (early 80's).

I believe about 6-7 more storeys to go. Now it is emerging to look like the "tallest residential tower in Canada".
