If I were living on one of the lower floors at 25 The Esplanade, I would be very glad that this terrace isn't any higher than it is. I think that the space between 25 and this building is already unnecessarily blank, and that the roof of the driveway which heads into the Green P parking to the east should be greened as well: the lowest south facing units at 25 now look into a gray canyon. It's ugly, and not good for mental health.

For those who are curious, yes this building is still not 100% complete yet... Some of the common area and amenities are still being built.

Unfortunately, the piece of art does little to mitigate the ugliness of that part of the podium base.

Same developer as the L-Tower so not being complete would hardly be a surprise! (They are also now working on 158 Front!)
