There's precast going up on the Phase 2 building now, as you can see above. It's a mechanical penthouse from topping off now.

There are about 80 buildings in the 4 to 6-storey range in the surrounding blocks, with very diverse ownership, so there's have to be some consolidation first. One of those buildings is being extended skywards at the moment, the only one to have been modified in many years, with no other applications in the area underway. I wonder — the area could use more renewal, but I'd like to see it happen without too much disruption for existing tenants if that were possible.
