~600 seats in the main theatre, according to this CTV article.

Great! If this is anything like the new Stratford theatre they will have a stunning facility.

HPA considers this a very preliminary design at this point, basically a concept that's fleshed out only far enough to present something for public feedback at this point, with a more fully worked-out design to come out in response several months further down the road.
