We were lucky to get the sneak peek. The multi-storey atrium in the podium is going to be really wonderful when completed. There is a massive skylight that will flood the interior spaces with natural light.

The atrium was one of the big surprises when I toured the place in the Fall. Very large, open space!

+1. And one of the reasons why I'm so excited to see Oxford Place and 45 Bay's public spaces/podiums being fully realized (if the renders are shown to be true). There's a sense of grandness in those open spaces, especially when lit with skylights.
