Knowing Stinson's track record, it's unlikely the proposal would have gone far.So now because of the city's designation we are going to have another building that will sit and fall down due to neglect. There was no reason for this designation at this time with a development proposal at hand. All this is going to do is add costs and kill the proposal no matter how tenuous it was to begin with.
