Anybody have renderings of the rear side of this building? Seems odd that a concrete wall is going up so high on the 2nd floor?

While I do think the third and fourth floor arches are poorly proportioned, it looks like we’ll at least get some beautiful hand laid brick here.

Wow wow wow love it!!!!

It’s beautiful brick and I was wondering how they’re going to get all those arches in on 1st and 2nd - i believe that lot is only 45 or so feet wide so arches on F1 and F2 will be approx 7.5feet wide? Seems tight but love the renderings Altho kinda prefer the larger arches on the upper floors
