It's great to see the impression of this building turning positive. I agree it is looking good. I assume they will give the existing brick a good cleaning at some point? The new brick doesn't match very well at the moment...

I'm late in realizing, this little stretch of road Blue Jay Way/Peter St. is becoming hotel row.

Hilton Garden, Hyatt Regency, Soho Metropilitan, Renaissance and soon to be added Bisha and King Blue. (Some could include the Residence Inn, Templar and Le Germain Hotel.)

Looks like they're using the same material/supplier as the Yorkville Condos used--kinda dull.

I guess you are one of those Yorkville Condos haters.... lol
You guys complain about lack of variety and colors but still complain about the ones that stand out.
