I walked underneath the crosswalk that stems from Charles St. to Hayden to get to the subway. I have to say it is the nicest thing about this buiding. If you stay there you might think the building is just as nice as this little hideaway.

There's talk that the official address of BSN is changing from 38 Charles St. East to 35 Hayden. Can anyone confirm?

Don't know about that but they've done a great job on the Hayden St. side and it's really enlivened what was once a very drab street.
Posts regarding PDIs and move-in dates, etc., for purchasers at BSN, have been moved to this new thread in the Real Estate forum.

This is a DISASTER condo I think. It looks almost 1960's slab-like and I think it might look very dated very soon.
