can someone post an updated picture of the building from the south side. Try and look at the upper top floors of the building etc...

does anyone know when their occupancy dates are?

thanks

The south side looks just as bad as all the other sides.

We aren't interested in occupancy dates here. Try the real estate section.

PS I just noticed the new Toronto Entertainment District BIA signs there. They have a website too: http://www.torontoed.com/

Wow! The brick podium on the tower looks brilliant!

Can't say I've been at all pleased with the rest of the project but it's not offensive on the other hand. I do look forward to seeing the tower :)

PS. Thanks for posting those interior shots-- always an important part to see in any project. I quite like that interior :)

Doesn't code state an outlet for every 12 feet of linear wall space or is that room so narrow it doesn't apply?

Brown is the new white lol. I remember in the 90s all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were melamine white.

With that said, that Boutique unit looks very nice. Are those standard appliances?

urbandreamer,
sure that pink and black kitchen looks great in that professional photograph, but can most people live with it every day? probably not.
while brown may not be for everyone, it works for most people. is the toyota camry an exciting car? absolutely not, but it works for most people on a daily basis and thats why you see more camrys on the road than dodge challengers.
