Last round the towns started at 1.5 mil, this time around with the interest rate spiked probably less or the very most same p/sqf

There are also more units left from the Mason collection and also from future releases... I also suspect those who have bought at 1.6 Mil + for investments or those who can't close will try to flip next year prior to closing. Doesn't really make sense paying $10K a month (assuming 15% deposit as per deposit schedule)

It will be awhile before I make it back there. Next weekend is fully booked and I likely won't have a chance to fly. Possibly mid-December weather permitting.
