The owner, 1045502 Ontario Limited and 1048605 Ontario Limited (known as Fieldgate Developments), is proposing a commercial and residential area with a total of 1,047 residential units including 188 townhouse units, 399 retirement residences in two 15-storey apartment buildings and 460 apartment buildings in two 11-storey apartment and one 15-storey apartment buildings.
A plan of subdivision is required to create the blocks for the commercial area, residential area, District Park and stormwater management block and trail block.
