They are 85% sold out. They're better off keeping the remaining 15% of the units and selling them off a much higher prices towards the occupancy!

Where did you find out 85%? I was told 65% a couple of months ago. They must have gone on a big selling spree!

that can't be good ..... rental building????. doesn't sound like a smart thing to do for an investment firm anyways, you're much better off diversifying your investment in different projects.
