Wait, hold on a second. Isn't there some sort of rule against unique and interesting cladding in Toronto? I thought only grey spandrel panels and glass were allowed...
 
Okay some redemption for the efforts on the ground level treatment: the precast panels here look to be heavily textured, almost like a very rugged boardform concrete. Quite nice:

Also, the ground level pops space at the corner is starting to really emerge from the building massing:
