Ontario building standard mean you can only have glass upto 40% of residential buildings.
The fewer windows you have on a building the more energy efficient it is.

im aware. it was not a suggestion to add more glazing. but to place allotted and available glazing more coherently and thoughtfully.

Looking back, they started digging in earnest Feb. 2022. The buildings built. Why are they giving themselves 2yrs before occupancy? That’s a lot of buffer to hang drywall in a project that took two years.
