I'm not sure why Mandy's didn't pick this location instead of the corner where they will be at Front and Trinity. Their view will be over a parking lot and car dealerships. Not ideal for a restaurant. This building would have been much nicer.I think a little cozy pub/eatery with more of an affordable community 'hang out' would be suitable for this corner. The lighting looks great.
the Imperial Pub should move in there.. but is there room to accommodate their neon sign?I think a little cozy pub/eatery with more of an affordable community 'hang out' would be suitable for this corner. The lighting looks great.

The landlord wants a lot of $$$ for the rent... if they settle for less, then the asset will lose assessed value. So they'd rather it sit empty than lease it out at *actual* market rent. Restaurant margins are slim. No one is going to go for a space that eats up all their revenue.I'm not sure why Mandy's didn't pick this location instead of the corner where they will be at Front and Trinity. Like the area needs more gyms...

It’s not within the indigenous center but is under the condo attached to the indigenous center (Canary House). It’s specifically on the South East corner of Front and Cooperage St. There is still one more retail unit next to this one by the looks of it but no idea what will go in there.this is inside the indigenous centre, correct?
