It's sad that these buildings are crammed so close to each other. There is no breathing room for the Blood Street Neighborhood building beside it. And that's a classy looking building. It would of been better to see a supper tall structure built in the middle of both development properties with nice landscaping around it for the condo owners to enjoy. They're already half way there in height.

I think this is going to look fantastic. Tall and lean, with very tasteful balcony glass. It'll sprout up nicely out of this cluster on Charles.
 
I have to say that, though this tower does look quite nice, I think that the streetscape on this stretch of Charles St. is terrible. The combination of a lack of retail and boring podium designs broken up by laneways and service entrances has all come together to create one of my least favourite areas in the city. This is not the model our newly developed city streets should be following in my opinion.
 
Yeah, I think you're right. I feel the same way. This harkens back to the discussion oft-had on here about building out neighborhoods with podium-condos.
