That Marriott needs to be bulldozed yesterday. But I think Casa II looks great. The extra height adds really nice variety here.

Casa II does look great but there's no need to get pissy about the Marriott. It has great units (wide-shallow) at very reasonable rents, most with excellent views. Everything you're hard pressed to find in today's buildings.
