Cresford has started marketing the office condos as: 'Fifty Nine Hayden'. I have a physical brochure but there does not seem to be any material yet online.

^ Though I appreciate that Casa III doesn't line-up flush with Casa II on the north side, it does the exact opposite on its south end, making it a much wider building in general, obviously to the benefit of the developer with a larger floor plate. Visually, it's these little details that give me the same lukewarm impression that I do of the relationship between X1 and X2 Condos just down the street (and to a much lesser extent, Bay Adelaide East vs West). Not enough is the same, and not enough is different - and it's more than just an OCD thing.

The opposing argument is that slight variance is preferable to an exact duplicate.

The way CASA III aligns with BSN Condos makes sense to me and is visually satisfying. Think of the north elevation setback of CASA II as a lightwell.

Don't get me wrong, I like that it is stepped back in conjunction with the points you have mentioned. I just wish it followed that same logic on Charles Street, instead of leaving us with a bulkier building.
