The feature lighting on the crown has not been working for the last 6 months, the historical houses on Charles remain vacant, the townhouses are not complete, the office building is incomplete , the courtyard is incomplete ,the landscaping on Charles St is incomplete , it looks like these items won't be finished until the bankruptcy is finished and someone buys the assets that belong to Cresford, the courtyard and the landscaping will probably have to be done by the condo board.

Well Casa 2's lights are still on as seen in noahthewhale's recent pic .. good enough for all three imo.

Seems some action happening in the courtyard. Saw they were starting some kind of wood panelling it seems on Friday and today just saw that container dropped off.

And started on Saturday they were removing dirt from the basement of the red buildings to the east

The pedestrian passage and entrance finishes are now mostly completed.

Along with a couple retail tenants, one already operating and the other one being a dental office opening soon.

However, the central courtyard space remains incomplete:

eish, Sucks that Cresford had to go under for residents here. It must be hell getting these finishing touches done.
