I would consider "bland" to be an understatement. It's basically a Xbox 360 with sharp corners, with 2 shades of monotone spanderal for half of the building. Guess the shape is fitting for the "techy" target customer Concord seems to be going for.

Progress Update - the new crane is mostly up, boom, counterweights and cabling still to come. And it is a new crane - brand new, right out of the box (or shipping container).

That shiny new crane is about the only nice thing we'll be seeing out of this project. The end result is guaranteed to be certified trash with Concord at the helm.

Excavation is complete, and the main excavator has left the site. The pile at the south end of the excavation is gravel to be spread for the foundation of the basement slab - one of the two smaller excavators at the bottom will be there for a while to help in loading the gravel for its placement where needed.
