Would it be too much to ask to match their own rendering...not that this is that different, but come on.
Not to mention I find it incredibly frustrating that the architectural plans often times disappear from the development portal. Helps my sanity when I know from the get go the renders are a straight up lie.

The Noise Bylaw (Chapter 591, City of Toronto Municipal Code) permits operation of construction equipment ONLY during Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and no construction noise on Sundays and statutory holidays (amending bylaw 505-2006).
Even during periods when construction is permitted, noise levels should be minimized as much as possible out of consideration for your neighbours. This is an important part of being a good neighbour.

...I think I can least say now that it would have been best if they kept the window wall off. Sure the residence would find it bit more drafty especially during the winter months...but it would least it would of stayed interesting. /sigh

The "emergency regs" which included the noise-bylaw, have been retracted to their original 7-7 as of two weeks
