I believe it. There's already a few somewhat interesting older condo buildings towards the waterfront on the Harwood corridor. The only unfortunate is that the Ajax GO Station is over at Westney and not at Harwood.

LeMine's partners at The Academy disassociated themselves from LeMine a couple years ago. They were suggesting there had been more trouble than simply that LeMine hadn't gotten "their proper financing in place." Mayor Parish may be putting things diplomatically.

The project is in receivership. The appointed receiver is gearing up to market the project to entice a developer to take it over.
