I never thought Vaughan would have its own skyline. Coming down the 400 from the north you might even get the impression that it's a big city

When the subway opened in 2017, the tallest building in the area was the KPMG building, which has now been completely dwarfed.Not even decade's most of this has gone up in the last 9 years or so

And let's remember that the KPMG building would never have been built but for the anticipated opening of the subway.
There's PWC as well, it seems decent (imo) for so early on in this whole projectBut as I suspected, no other office buildings were built. Another "bait" project like Aviva in Downtown Markham with no other takers.
