Are these five floors? The internal layouts must be rubbish. I can only imagine how many cramped, winding hallways and stairs these units have.

The block of townhomes along Oaklands Ave are 4 full floors, with the top most level being a rooftop deck with some interior space. But it's not being billed as a 5th floor.

They look like 4 floors plus a rooftop. Depending on the layout, they may not bee too bad. My TH is 19ft wide 45ft deep. Doesn't feel cramped at all....although I have no idea why my kitchen is bigger than my liv/dining room. Charbonnel looks to be Just under 18ft wide. Shouldn't feel cramped.

The towns are all complete except for 2 or 3 just north of the renovated historic home shown in the photos below. Beside the nice work on the historic home, I thought the entrance with the ornamental concrete sentinels was a nice touch.
