Yesterday. I don't know anything about this second phase...I only remember the first phase. I guess there's at least 3 towers for phase 2? The first image seems to be tower 3, or an adjacent project. Edit...nvm. I even read the Fifth at Charisma whilst walking past the site. That goes to show how tired I was and am as of typing this.
