Hi guys, this is my first post in this forum. I wanted to show a new render of Chaz which is on its page. This is one of my favorite project in Toronto.

I happened to grab a similar photo when I was by an hour or so ago

 
I ma back in Toronto for the winter, so I'll be able to update more often. Here is a shot of a dump truck being pushed out of the pit after it rained this morning...

The information database page on this project incorrectly shows Chaz Yorkville at 39 stories. Completion date is 2013 but I think it's been put back to 2014 now. On their website it states 49 stories, I notice this thread says 47? This should be a pretty impressive tower.

they appear to have reached bottom, seems to be moving along quickly

Charles Street E will be closed on Saturday to make room for a crane. Not exactly sure what they are lifting... there is still quite a bit of earth in the pit and shoring is not yet complete.
 
Shoring is complete. Tiebacks are not (the little machine in the top left of the pit your above picture).

Thanks for the news though.
