A little rivalry with aA and Casa next door brought out the best in P+S.

Agreed. I'm a big P+S detractor but this is a decent tower. It's got a unique shape but it's expressed simply and cleanly, and it plays nicely with Casa's sharp angles.

It's interesting that G+C's Couture just down the street also plays nicely with it's aA neighbour, X Condo.

Yeah, I like this tower. But I'm not sure how much it helps Casa, as in my view it's one of the most pedestrian of the condos of this boom.

I sure hope not. Varying heights is part of what makes an interesting skyline. Adjacent towers of the same height could create the effect of an enormous wall or slab.
