Not sure that's dyed though...rather the material they're using here gives off that hue?

Edit: The material schematic thingy that @DavidCapizzano posted several pages back suggests it's precast concrete...so I honestly don't know now.

It’s probably tinted concrete (meaning the concrete mix itself is dyed) with different surface finishes. I think one is sandblasted and the other is acid washed. I’d imagine they’ll darken up a little over time as they weather, and I also expect they’ll get a wash once this is closer to being done to remove the dust and debris. I really appreciate the texture and colour at grade!

It does look like the first “step” on the south side is near to topping out (I think at 9s?)

These will step up to 13 along the north side, particularly at the north west and north east corners.
