Two more rows of glass have been added this week, as well as some concrete finish work on the roof of the southwest retail

A closer look towards the north reveals the completion of the steel structure for the left side of the eastern section with corrugated metal decking beginning to close up the mechanical level, level #3

A closer look at the eastern wall facing 18 Yonge St shows the final stretch of a concrete wall that will complete the entire building's perimeter

Towards the south edge, you may notice some aluminium or galvanized steel beams have been added in the area where exhaust fans are to be installed. Personally, I'm hoping the gentle humming of these fans may function as white noise to help block out some of the 'swoosh, swoosh, swoosh' sounds of passing traffic. The position and size of this building have already muted all of the train noise we were subjected to in the past. Makes early mornings pleasant once again.

Construction Notice

Please be advised that construction crews will be on-site this Sunday, August 4th and Monday, August 5th to raise the workers and material hoist. This work is being completed to maintain access with the tower as it continues to rise and will occur between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. It is not expected to produce significant noise.

We thank you for your patience as we complete this work.
