Amazing colours on that morning glass. They are moving so fast on this that it feels like they're racing against the first snow.

Are we there yet?

Formwork for the core appears to be topped out (or close to) - core itself is, obviously, not. The architectural top is a little over 20m above that. I suspect it'll take a little while before we actually see the crown forming.

Care to elaborate? I very well could be wrong. But would guess they are not on schedule.
Given they've been consistently about 10-12 floors behind the top of the core and are now closing that number, I'd say they're on track. It's pretty typical for steel to lag behind the core-work for a steel construction. There's also been some natural lulls when they get to set-backs.
 
Are your guesses based on a single fact or any actual knowledge or experience?
I've also heard industry scuttlebutt that they're quite a bit behind.
