I can't wait for this precedent to be set. Once Torontonians get a taste of a park spanning the rail corridor and developers see real world examples of how they provide value, it'll no doubt inspire future projects along the rail corridor to do the same, long before the city gets its act together on RailDeck Park.

I think that was in the 1920s, so more like 75-80. But I do think about that a lot when I look out my window and realize that pretty much everything I can see is on a brand new land mass.
