That may be true, but that is being ignored, not being under (or over) rated and, as @UtakataNoAnnex says, applies to most of the topics that keep us all on UT so engrossed!.In general outside the forum. People don't talk about this as much as they should.
If phase 1 is any indication, the western portion of the elevator core would reach higher than the eastern portion, as the elevator overrun would extend into the "crown" on the west side.Some changes with the forms up top over the weekend. Going higher or being removed?
