That may be true, but that is being ignored, not being under (or over) rated and, as @UtakataNoAnnex says, applies to most of the topics that keep us all on UT so engrossed!.

If phase 1 is any indication, the western portion of the elevator core would reach higher than the eastern portion, as the elevator overrun would extend into the "crown" on the west side.
With the tower's height and progress, it looks like it could be both to me.

By the looks of it, the steel structure should definitely top out before the end of the year. Just the cladding and interior work will remain for next year.
