I suspect the temporary surface parking lot will be approved (maybe for a fixed period) but it is far smaller than the existing 'bus parking lot' it will replace and the rest of the area will apparently be landscaped. Let's hope that once 45 Bay is underway and the buses move into it the market will be stronga nd encourage a speedy start for the 141 Bay phase.
 
I hope they also have some lighting going up along the building as well. Possibly outlining the diamond shapes along the outside.
