Quick cell pic from a couple hours ago. These buildings will make a huge impact to the incredible view from Polson Pier but I wonder how much of them will be obstructed by the Sugar Wharf Buildings

You know you've reached true big city status when you start building stuff over stuff that's over stuff. In this case, park, over tracks, over streets. Although I suppose we already got there on a smaller scale with the PATH bridge over Lake Shore, under the expressway.

Once we're building stuff under stuff that's over stuff but then under stuff then you know stuffs cookin.

Hmm. Bloor Subway over Don Valley Park (and Parkway) under Danforth. Is there an earlier example of triple stacking without using utilities?
 
Which phase's tower is 241m and which is 238m? It looks like phase 2 on the north side of the tracks is taller but that might purely be because it is at a slightly higher elevation!?
 
They'll look essentially the same height from most angles. I don't think the elevation from one side of the track to the other is that high (though could be mistaken). @Koops65 's 3D model does a pretty good job showing the subtle subtle difference.
