Wow. Pity we can't just extend the overbuild park further west, and then reinstall a couple bays of the Bush shed as a pavilion up top.

It may be possible, but probably prohibitively expensive to maintain. They’d probably also prefer you take the interior route which passes by the future food court

Delisle Court (Yonge at Health St) has a semi-outdoor escalator. It's covered but not heated. Does that count?
