Based on @Contra ‘s amazing Phase 1 progress updates; it looks like we are around late August early September 2019 for a rough comparison on Phase 2.
Another year to box it all up? I can only assume it will be quicker this time around. No covid, no winter,
Any strike action this year?

It has in fact topped out, I’ll snap a close up shot of the top when I get a chance. You can see them forming the mechanical PH now.

Surprised to see this has already topped out. Really not having as much skyline impact or looking as tall as I thought it would (even knowing it would be just slightly taller than phase one).

This really should have been another 25-30 meters taller.
