Hi all, some of you that also post in the Union Station thread already know but I’m currently doing a personal project mapping out all of the Union Station Complex area; all current and future areas of the station:

I’m sure it’s already well understood here that both CIBC towers will be further integrated into Union (officially I’m not sure but will definitely be regarded as such) when the potential eastern PATH extension and the accompanying Union Station Yonge Street bridge are opened, as such both towers will be included in my map.

Does anyone have or know where I could find drawings of the second level of the north tower, and the level that’s connected to the elevated park? I have the first floor but I couldn’t find drawings of any other ones.
I looked on the AIC page but the project is no longer listed there, if anyone could help it would be appreciated!

Thank you!

I forgot to ask this originally but is there any indication that an entrance for a future Yonge Street bridge to the east platforms at Union was roughed into the north tower? This bridge is seen in Union Station Enhancement Project documents and also a OnCorr 3d model of Union.

I did a map of this a little while ago but I didn’t know how it would interact with the north tower:

Oh, so the PATH extension is actually going to happen then? Wasn’t entirely sure how they were going to get to Sugar Wharf (if that was ever a realistic plan)

There is that proposal for a bridge over the rail corridor, and a link from the south tower off of level 2:

This map is quite old but it gets the point across.

This connection is already built up until where the bridge begins, the corridor is hidden behind a knockout wall to the right of the L2 USBT entrance.

Pinnacle One Yonge also has a PATH connection planned to go in the direction of the ones mentioned above, as well as connections between all the other buildings in the complex:

So the 50th floor is only on the western section of the tower and does not span the entire tower? Is that what they did with the completed south tower of the development? Is this 50th floor just regular office space or is some special use planned?

Definitely only the western half. My guess it is back of the house stuff. I don’t recall this on phase 1.
Edit. I’m guessing probably the same top design as phase 1 but I haven’t looked. So back to your real “50” floor question?
