Let's hope there is still entertainment and night clubs, after all the condos are built. I'd hate to see it slowly become just another residential neighbourhood.

whoah nice find! these towers really do fit in well while adding density and expanding the skyline. though, hopefully all will look good once the monster Mirvish development goes skywards, will these things look stupidly short after that?
 
The balcony glass well be delivered sometime later next week, don't know when its going up though.

The podium material looks so cheap. Hope they come to their senses and change it.
It's not suitable for the area and for a building that was selling well above $700 a square foot.
 
Anyone else see the guy, I think, in the top floor of Festival Tower, western-most condo? He's in the white shirt with his left arm stretched out front, like he's reaching for something.
