Number of storey has changed. It will be 37 storey not sure about the height

none online. They originally went in with 38, then the board issued SPA, ZBA, and OPA all at once for 34. They would need a MV to get the additional floors, unless maybe they did it while shrinking floor heights.

I purchased a unit at this project and I got this information from the sales representative last year, but could not find any official report.

Shrinking floor heights make sense. Ceilings are 8.6 for most of the floors.
